没有要求
sci投稿和其他投稿没有什么区别，只要你对工作做得比较踏实，有一定的创新性，论文发表的内容符合杂志的办刊方向。再加上规范的写作，我相信任何一个杂志都不会拒绝优秀的稿件。你不应该考虑单位的问题，而是重点考虑论文质量的问题。
sci审稿人是哪些人？
SCI审稿人通常是曾经在这个刊物发表过文章的第一作者或通讯作者，也可能是某一领域发文数量比较多的知名专家学者，也有可能是投稿作者推荐的某一领域的专家学者，还有可能是期刊自己邀请的知名专家学者，总之就是要有相关领域的研究成果。
sci投稿接收后还会被拒吗？
sci投稿一旦被接收，基本上就定了，至少杂志社不会主动拒稿了。除非出现一些意外情况，比如sci接收后杂志社还会要作者做一些确认工作，或缴纳版面费等，如果作者没有按照要求去做，或者超过给定的期限没有完成杂志社的要求，那就有可能导致稿件被拒。

一般为三线图，要有表头，有单位，数据和名称要简洁明了。
sci写别人写过的内容可以嘛？
sci写别人写过的内容是可以的，但是你需要去换一种说法去表达，因为sci论文是需要查重的，一般重复率要在10%以下才可以，如果你的查重率过高，审稿人可能会因此拒稿，所以写是可以写，但是不能采用相同的表达方式，并且在此地加引用这样能降低查重率
sci审稿人有时间限制吗？
SCI的审稿人一般会给半个月以内的时间，因为毕竟投稿的人也会非常煎熬的等待，如果你不能够及时的反馈审稿意见的话，他们当然会另寻审稿人。
当然如果你是大牛的话，可能编辑就会等你很久，如果你是什么教授院士之类的，编辑可能会等你一两个月都很正常，但是普通人的话，很可能你没有回应一周到14天，就直接不会考虑让你做审稿人了。
如何处理SCI审稿人意见？
当回复不是单纯拒稿时，大部分都会再加上审稿意见希望作者澄清与内文修正。审稿意见来自期刊编辑与评审，一般正面的审稿意见有两种形式:
1.期刊对你的论文感到兴趣，而且评审希望你做些增删来优化论文，收到这样的信就代表你已经离发表不远了。
2.你可能收到一封拒稿的信但里面却写着期刊会重新审核论文如果论文有重新做实质上的修改，包括增加新的数据。用棒球来做比喻的话，就是成功击出并上了一垒但还不能上二垒，这时候你可以修改你的论文并进行追加实验来满足期刊要求。
